Under the title “AI-driven Sentiment Analysis Technologies at Work: Theorising Algorithmic Emotional Labour », Claudine Bonneau, Viviane Sergi and Jeremy Aroles presented their paper based on the preliminary results of the project.

The presentation was part of the Communication, Digital Technology, and Organization (CTO) division.

Under the title “Scripting managers’ roles: The game of expectations of emotion AI », Claudine Bonneau, Viviane Sergi et Jeremy Aroles presented preliminary results of the project.

Under the title “Workaround practices as a method to open up the black box of AI in organizations”, Claudine Bonneau, Viviane Sergi and Jeremy Aroles gave their first public presentation on the project’s research methodology.
