Workaround project – presentation at the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management – July 2025
Under the title AI-driven Sentiment Analysis Technologies at Work: Theorising Algorithmic Emotional Labour” Claudine Bonneau, Viviane Sergi and Jeremy Aroles will present a paper related to the project in the Communication, Digital Technology, and Organization (CTO) division.
Workaround project – presentation at the European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS) – 2025
Under the title “Scripting managers’ roles: The game of expectations of emotion AI”, Claudine Bonneau, Viviane Sergi and Jeremy Aroles will present results of the project in the sub-theme: 73: AI Power, Organization & Subjectivity: How Does AI Affect Our Subjectivities and Identities?
Methodology workshop – patent co-analysis – April 2025
In this workshop, led by project team members, participants will collaborate to analyze patents that describe technologies for analyzing emotions in employees’ verbal and textual communications.

SSHRC Insight grant awarded
